Season's Greetings

I wonder if we all would allow our imaginations to take us to an imaginary place with realistic consequences? I would that you would consider the magnitude of this season in light of all the others. Sure we find gifts under christmas trees, houses adorned with lights, and stores filled with the latest toys, and clothing with crazy prices. We even find sales, values, and corporations in the spirit of giving to those less fortunate. The question for the day rest around this thought and please allow it room in your imagination. Why do we believe giving is only for a season? All of us if we are honest can point to someone being selfless during times other than "Christmas". Giving is not act during a season, no it is an act of a life hid in Christ. The more you give, yes the more you receive, but the more you give, the more you live, you live like Christ. Let us look for opportunities to emulate the risen Savior.
